What happens if I miss a trademark renewal deadline in India?+

There's a grace period (typically up to 6 months after expiry, with a surcharge) to restore the mark; after that, it can be removed from the register and become available for others to file.

Can you manage a portfolio you didn't originally file?+

Yes — we regularly take over docketing and renewal management for portfolios filed by other firms or filed in-house.

What is a trademark watch service?+

A recurring search of newly published trademark applications to flag marks that are confusingly similar to yours, so you can oppose them within the statutory window.
